Paul, if you're doing, whatever, for free, then I would probably have no argument with your offer. However, since you don't mention what your "alternatives" are, it all sounds rather surreptitious on the surface, then I can only caution folks to beware of possible scams. There are enough of them floating around and far too many people hoping for a quick fix and utterly perfect repaired credit.. and it doesn't work that way. Most people can manage to fix their own credit, make their own settlements, and do their own negotiations if they have some time, patience, and a few dollars for certified mail.

When it comes to debt, there are NO quick fixes, especially if one is within their State's SOL period.
