Did you read any of the links I posted ? File Segregation entails using an EIN - Employer Identification Number .. and it illegal to use an EIN number if you are NOT an employer (basically). The reasons why this is illegal is spelled out in the articles I posted. I had some moron try to sell me on this last year after I was laid off. He claimed to be a 'lawyer' .. yeah.. right.. and the moon is made of green cheese !
