Can anyone tell me how binding on-line payments are to creditors? I like the convenience of paying bills on-line, and so far have had no problems, but am concerned in the future if one is not credited on time or lost in cyberspace. I receive email confirmations from all accounts involved, and make hard copies. Should a problem arise, are these confirmation emails enough to prove my case in a court if it should come to that?
