W&A dispute or not?

Should I send a Dispute letter? Or sit back? On my credit report from a few months ago the 150 day was April 2000, schedule to come off April 2006. If I disput what would they have to provide as proof? just a sign contract or receipt also?

I live in NY so the SOL is 6 years - I have 3 more years - should I just sit back and keep my fingers cross or try and dispute this...
