assett acceptance has been calling my home & work, bothering me & leaving messages. i do owe a debt, & have plans to pay it off by sending in payments (as i have been doing for the past few months) but i can't get them off my back. now they're threatening to go to my commander (i'm active duty military) and turn the matter into something legal. can they do that? i didn't think they were allowed to call me at work.
