I recieved a Debt Warrent and was summons to appear in court in June. I know I am not going to show, so there will be a default judgement on my debts. What will happen when the judgement is set ? Will they garnish my wages, touch my bank accounts ? I also own a home in Virginia which I reside in. Need answers please !!!!!!!
