It is very likely you could be a victim of ID fraud. You and your husband need to immediately order your credit reports and see if their is any mischief on them. Call Asset and find out what's happening. Also, to answer an earlier question. The SOL on debts in Tx. is 4 years. If it is a really old dog of yours, you've no liability. Just do this and report back and we can help.
