Suing actual collector not just the company

In anyones experience. Have you, or have you heard of anyone suing the collector (person) in addition to the actual collection agency? Even though most use pseudo names, those names and their real names are registered with the Secretary of State where their work and usually they have agreed to have the Sec'y of State accept service of process. Imagine suing them, get a judgement and then hiring their own company to collect? Poetic Justice?
