New status as of this am with only about 5 hrs of sleep --- Filed complaint with FTC. I can't seem to find info on filing with state of Texas - I found the gov website that has all the "how to know if your the victim of id fraud" and "how to be more careful" but nothing on a form to fill out and file. Anyone have ideas on where I could locate this? Also need to find one for Harris County, Houston. Anyone know an answer for this area too? I'm going to continue to search so that I can try to find those forms and/or where to go or send a letter to, but in the meantime I thought I'd ask y'all since you guys know so much more info than me.
