To concur with Scott, call. They can do little. Admit nothing, tell them what you want them to know, nothing more, you control the sound.
AssZZZZ hAccepic Craproration is suit happy, as well as unburdened by any sense of boundaries. Nail them. Get them to make the admissions. These people have been known to turn tail and run when you call and speak assertively. Sometimes they even claim they are under a do not call - mail only order per your request. Meaningless, they can talk to you when you call them.
But if they claim it, and of course you've taped this, guess what, another violation of the FTC, let them try to worm their way out of it. They are clever, too clever by half.
Their website should be required reading for anyone contemplating any kind of involvement with credit cards. When finished reading this between-the-lines chilling site, you'll feel in need of a good shower.
