The state is Louisiana. The question that I have is about auto repo's and house repo. I read somewhere that if it was repo it voids the contract with the original lender. Does this mean that they can not sue you over this anymore? If they can is it 10 years for both on SOL? How long can both stay on your CR 7 or 10? Sorry, I guess it is about 3 in 1 question. Thank you for your help.
