Hi All, I've just gone over my credit reports and have a rating of 469. My credit was fine until my ex charged up all the cards and since I moved from NY to California, I've never given my forwarding address. The oldest one is for a Newport News Card worth 6,000 + dollars in 1998 and the newest is 2000 from MNBA. What is the SOL for California and should I just wait it out until the time is up or should I inquire about the debts? No credit card company or Collection agency has sent me notices in the mail. What should I do. It's close to 26,000 dollars in debt with about 8 different cards????? HELP!!
