Sherman Acquisition

I just applied for a home loan and when they pulled my credit they found a claim from Sherman Acquisition. I pulled all three of my reports from consumerinfo.com and it shows that the claims on Equifax and Experian. The claim just showed up 3 months ago and I cant figured out how or why. I had a debt with Discover card and it went to collections, I contacted the collections company (OSI) and paid an 80% settlement at around $950. Now Sherman has surfaced with the same account number and they are saying that I owe them $456. I sent a letter of dispute to Experian and Equifax, what do I do next?
