Most state require if they use a pseudo, they must give that name and their real name to the Secretary of State in thier state and also allow service of process to be served to the Secy of State for this such purpose. Once that happens you'll have thier real name. I just lucked out that this name is somewhat unique and I hit it with a search. I'll post what happens after this plays out. Now, don't get me wrong here, I actually plan to pay the OC, but knowing what I know now from this board and others, I plan to turn the tables a bit and have some fun. Probably even earn enough in small claims court to make a profit after paying the OC.
