If I sent a certified check (don't want them having my personal account) to the OC, do you think they would refuse it since a CA is now involved? If a CA sent a settlment offer and I responded instead to the OC stating I would pay, but only if they cut out the CA from the equation, how do you think they would respond? Take the money or force me thru the CA? Thanks
