Replacing collection tradeline with judgment

Can a collection agency continue to report an account in collection on my credit report if they were successful in getting a judgment against me? Doesn't the judgment record replace the collection listing? The judgment is paid, but the collection tradeline is still on my credit report as open with a balance, and the original creditor is on there as well listed as sold. How can I get these listings off of my credit report? Thanks
