Closing very old credit card accounts

I just recieved my credit report from Experian and realized that I have 6 open accounts with a $0 balance. I have long since used any of these accounts (earliest opening was 1997) and I want to close them. The credit card #'s provided on the report are incomplete. What's the best and quickest way to close these accounts? Thanks for any advice.
