Rent to Own may be an option but, credit issues can be overcome. For example, with all collections and judgments satisfied plus 1 year of good credit you can qualify for FHA financig. You can get FHA financing 2 years after a Chapter 7 Bk discharge.
There is more than 1 way to skin a cat when it comes to mortgage financing.
