In the event an original creditor (Discover) gets a judgement on me, will they be able to garnish our BANK ACCOUNTS EVEN if I am NOT the primary account holder? I have a joint account with my spouse but my Name is under his name in our statements? I live in DELAWARE and I am Unemployed. All your advises will be appreciated! Thank you very much!
