Collection agency calling and hanging-up

I got suckered into buying some magazines a few months ago. The company was to send out a mailing,detailing how to get the diamond watch and the amount of time I had to cancel.I never received this mailing.When a charge showed-up on my credit card,I disputed it with the credit card company and they made the magazine company put back the amount of money they charged to my card. I don't have an address for this magazine company to send them a cease and desist letter.I am not in possession of anything from them.They called several times and spoke to me about paying for the magazines.I explained the whole process to them.They don't care.They call now ,ask for me ,then hang-up.Could someone please advise about what to do ?
