Actually, they may not call you at any time that is known to be 'inconvenient'.. and that includes Sundays. The FTC definitely deems Sunday, as most people's day of religious observance, as 'inconvenient'. So, you could make them stop and file a complaint on those grounds.. and the FTC and the FDCPA would be behind you.
