returned certified letter

I've got two letters that i sent for val with attention llc. both were returned (forwarding time expired). they are showing up on all three bureaus. i got the address from a tri-merge pulled by a mortgage company. should i send a letter to the cra's requesting deletion?
if so, is there a letter to go by?
