Several months ago we discussed a judgement that I have against me. After some research, we determined that it was a stipulated agreement (also called a mediated settlement) If my memory serves me correct, once this is PAID the judgment is withdrawn and is not entered and therefore cannot appear on my report. My question is.... will this show up as a judgment until it is paid off? Two of the CRA just deleted the judgment information and the third just updated my reports by showing that I am making payments.
