I agree, VERY GOOD OFFER !! However, you say you consulted a BK lawyer about filing CH7 ?? Do you have OTHER debts in default? If so, and you have to file anyway, there would be no point in settlng in one case, and in fact , it would prevent your filing BK on anything else.
