here is my situation........i have credit card debt as a business owner, all CC are in business name except this one, the rest of the CC are listed in the business name (business is incorporated) and are not listed on my CR, yet !

No payment has been made to any of the CC's since Nov. 2002...........so I'm beginning to wonder if they ever will and the possiblility of filing chapter 7 on the compay only and taking this deal from the one creditor.........the gotcha is if this can Be done ????
