Right.. their threats of 'legal action' and 'get a lawyer' are violations of the FDCPA - legal action they either cannot or do not intend to take. Its crap.. all of it.

If you want the calls to stop, send them a limited Cease and Desist letter and restrict them to mail only.. no calls.
