I live in Arkansas.I have received no letters or mail-outs from them.I don't know if they can prove that this mail-out was actually sent.I have received nothing regular or certified mail.They are not talking to me now,just calling and hanging up. I called the credit card company and they had the address and business name.It has been since March when first contact occurred. It is not unheard of for letters to get lost,but I honestly haven't received anything from them other than phone calls.No bills or written demands for money.They call ,ask for me and hang up.I haven't had a conversation with them in 2 weeks. I did speak to a lawyer,he said it is just harassment to intimidate me into paying.He doesn't believe that with no payment,magazines will start coming in.
