After you pay everything and everything is reported on your credit as paid, ask these companys to delete it off your tradelines, your credit scores will sky rocket. If not order all three credit reports after the companys reported them as paid abd do online disputes on all the collection items as "not mine" and in 30 days they will be deleted after the company does not repond and they will not respond usually if you paid it because it's not worth their time because they got their money. I did this after I paid all miy accounts and my beacon score did sky rocket. Then as observer said get a credit card pay a bill you usually pay with cash on it. Do not use it. Then the first pay that bill in full and you'll have a R1 on your credit report which is perfect pay. That makes your score go up even more. Do that every few months then you'll be able to get approved for anything.
With the apartments just as long as these companys report on your credit report as "paid charge-off, $0.00 balance" or "settled charge-off $0.00 balance." They will approve you. When I was renting and my mom was renting and my sister was renting, as long as it shows paid or settled on your credit report they will rent to you. Good job on getting all of it taken care of.
