Observer is right.. that "B" word is bad no matter which chapter you filed. Its a red flag to lenders that you had money problems you could not resolve - they don't care WHY, they just see that its THERE.

As I said, in Ch 13, its VERY rare that 100% of UNSECURED debts are paid - usually they only get a small percentage out of the plan payments, whereas SECURED debts get paid back at 100%.
