yeah they only get a small percentage but what the poster is saying is why pay back anything when you will have a bad mark either way. Why not just get the chp7, a bad mark, and then save your money you would have paid back and work on your credit. I think you would be better off doing this then paying your debt off for 3-5 yrs and still have a bankruptcy on your record. albeit for only 7 instead of 10yrs..
I'm choosing chp7 personally.
