It someone does not personally gurantee a business credit card it will not go on your personal credit report. If I'm understanding correctly this is just a personal credit card he was offered the settlement on correct? Yes. So therefore it would have nothing to do with a business bankruptcy. This is all if I'm understanding this senario correctly.
