Non ChexSystems banks

Does anyone here know of any banks that do not check with chexsystems? I have one bad account on file with them (paid in full but still on there saying it has happened) and it's been there for 3 years so I only have 2 more to go. but I need a checking account or even a savings account inorder to be able to cash my paychecks and deposit money for savings. I tried to open a savings account at a few banks here and all of them checked with chexsystems for a savings account.. Anyways If anyone has any info for me about banks I would greatly appreciate it!
