Well, yes, if you signed as an officer of the Corp. the card would be billed,and titled as XYZ, Inc.Any authorized user would have their own name on as an authorized user, not as a cardholder.

If you signed PERSONALLY, for the Corp. the card would be titled and billed as I.Am Untrusting, XYZ, Inc.

You can pretty well be sure you are personally responsible if your name appears on the bill.
