keyser soze ive read some of your past posts and you seem very well informed on credit matters so i sure hope since i have nothing they'll go away without me needing to file bk . for a creditor to attempt to get a judgement do i need to be served in person in fl or can i be served by means of a letter in the mail ? much thanks
