I take it this is US Bancorp. There is one website many of us use called planetfeedback.com . It is free to use. In essense you write up a complaint, suggestion, or compliment and about 80% of the time these companies actually respond back from their corporate office and somebody who actually cares and has some power does the calling or writing back to you. I have written conseco,target,best buy, and a host of other companies and I almost always get a response. Try there first. We call it pfb on creditnet.
