What you need to remember is that if you go to court chances are the judge/magistrate will have no clue what you are talking about. If I were you I would wait 1-2 months and back your claim up. File a complaint with the BBB and the texas attorney general. That is what I did against a CA out of texas. The CA never responded and after I filed suit in small claims the CA called and when they found out I had letters from the bbb, the ag, and all the validation letters that stated they ignored me they knew they were screwed and sent me a check for $1000.
