Send them a cease and desist, with a covering letter that they are subject to State penalties for Elderly Abuse if they do not stop their harrassment of your elderly, incapacitated and destitute mother.

DO NOT give them your name or address, type or print your mother's name.

Send it CRRR (return to your mother's address)

There is NO WAY they can collect from her.(legally)
