I received advise from Why Chat a month ago. I got a
letter from W&A saying that I owe MBNA america. I sent
a validation letter three weeks ago and got the green
card on the mail. I have not received any letters from
them nor any phone calls. I am afraid they are going to
come to my house of workplace and take me to jail. Or
they are going to sue me and I will have to get a lawyer.
I do not have any money to do that. what should I do?
I had told W&A that the amount they wanted was
absurd. Do you think they would settle? or they are
going to fight that. I want to send them some money
just to show good faith that I want to pay but not that
much. Please help me. I am student and have no
resources. Why chat has been very helpful.
