Well...good news, I found an apartment that I can rent BUT the previous tenants TRASHED it. The other good news is th eowner onwes his onw contracting Co. and is making it all brand new for us! It's $100 cheaper and has city water (I currently have well water)
I was upset because the other apartment, the lady was like "you have MAJOR credit issues"...Um, I HAD major credit issues, I had 1 judgement and it is PAID in full, I have the papers from the lawyer but she didn't want to listen. I have a perfect driving record, no police record but becasue I had difficulties due to a divorce but I paid my dues people want to judge who I AM from my credit report??? You are right, I do not want to live there at all!! You can't judge a book by it's cover but you can judge by their attitude! This guy is very nice, he just made sure I had a job and is renting to me. There are decent people out there.
NOW...I have read about writing to creit agencies during November when it is busy and all that to get things removed, is there more tricks I have to learn? If these debts of mone are paid why can't I have them removed if it will help me with buying a house next year? Thanks for the support guys, I was pretty down.
