I just called them today after sending them a letter to validate. I received a call from a Susan Green. When I let her know that a letter for validation was sent and that I was not going to settle until they could validate it she asked why, I told her "because it's my right and I really dont have to tell you!" She said, " I will take that as your refusal to pay" and hung up. I called her back to speak with her and she stated that, I was tying up her "TOLL FREE" line and to stop calling.
This is not a refusal to pay and I was very cordial. I am upset at their handling of my case. If anyone wants her number it is 888-819-9264 and her name is SUSAN GREEN.
