The next time they call ask them if they have heard of national check control. NCC did the same thing they are doing on time barred debts and june 9th NCC finds out if it is shut down for good. What they are doing is highly illegal. I would immediately file a complaint with the FTC and the attorney general in your state and theirs. I am seeing more and more abusive from this company and I have no problem adding them to the list of companies to go after. Also remind her that the federal government is gonna file criminal charges against NCCs officers. Send them a cease and desist.
