It's being reported as between 6 and 7 years old but I'm not certain if it's over 7 as some of the dates reported are much more recent (probably the date that Palisades received it). I don't recognize the name of the original creditor they are reporting.

I called the CRA after posting this earlier and they said the account number and amount was different so they only thing I can do is dispute it again and wait 30 days or or take it up with Palisades. I've since found some prior copies of credit reports and it looks like Palisades are reporting the same amount with different account numbers or the same account number with different amounts to different agencies. I guess this is another tactic to avoid disputes?

I called the CRA again and explained this and they said all I can do is send them my documentation and they will look at it in the next 5 days. They won't accept the documentation by fax.

I'll do what they're asking but please let me know if you have any other ideas.
