As I think about it, this is an excellent example of something Why Chat mentions. Prior to applying for a mortgage, OPT OUT with all 3 CRA's. It'll keep scavangers like Camco form surfing reports looking for activity.
Scott and I saw an example of that a couple of weeks ago on YM when someone was closing on a mortgage and WHitewing pops up with an auto repo from the 1980's!
