Suspected Fraud account

I have been pu ton chexsystems for suspected fraud account for something that I did not commit. I have been going through this situation with the banks for 2 years now. I have tried to go to several banks to open a savings account and checking account, but I have not been successful. If there is anyone who has been in a similar situation or know how I can get around this so that I can open an account please let me know, Thanks!!!
