Perhaps you are speaking to robots..they just keep repeating the same phrase over and over hoping that you will eventually believe it.

Ask any lawyer is there is such a thing as an unbreakable contract. That is what they want you to believe.

For the record, for a contract to be valid it must meet 5 elements:

Offer - Ex I will sell you this house for $10.00

Acceptance - you must accept the offer and it
must mirror the offer (no changes
or it is a counter 0ffer)
Consideration - both parties must give up
something of value.
Legality- you can not make a contract to
commit an illegal act
Capacity - parties must be of legal age and must
be sane...capable of creating contract

If they just sent you these magazines or whatever, there is no contract.

I believe that the current law holds that unsolicited merchandise of any type is considered a gift from the sender and does not need to be paid for.

Check with the US Post office website on this last .
