You are correct Lady. I didn't mean to imply that the affidavit was an accurate representation of the alleged debt..simply what they they are trying to collect.

These lawyers try to imidiate people by handing them lawsuits full of offical looking documents and legalese.

If you are the one being sued, challenge everything.. make them prove everything. See Keyser Soze's posts on the this...he is far more eloquent than I.
