It can't hurt to dispute tham as "not mine" to start. If that doesn't work, assuming the are beyond the SOL, send a validation letter to the CA certified and when you get the green card back dispute it with the CRA. If they validate with the CRA before you get validation that is a violation. Otherwise you will have to get the CA on reporting violations.
There are more experienced people here but it this worked for me.
