Another FCRA violation???

Hi all,
I think I may have brought this up before,
but a CA that my Mom is having problems
with is getting nastier, so I am looking to nail
them. Over the past couple of years, my Mom
has asked to be billed for some hospital co-pays,
and was not able to pay them on time. She only
has one account number at the hospital, but the
CA has reported each incident separately on her
credit report, even thought they tried to get the
whole amount all at once. Is this an FCRA violation?
