Can I sue a "debt collector" without giving them the opportunity to remove an obsolete listing. This stuff has been on my report almost 11 yrs. ( reaged it without any reason ) last acivity was in 1992.But I have no way to prove it. I think they would most likely remove it if i ask them to verify. I just dont want to give them the chance after doing this to my credit.
