ok some of you might remember that i posted about a bill collector calling my home looking for my mother. they just called again tonight and the only info I was able to get was the guy was calling from "Tate and Curling" I did a search but found nothing online about this company. I also spoke to the manager and told him she does not live here and told him I was not going to give my moms # to them. (LOL) The guy claimed he took my phone number off their computer, but I wish I had their address that way I could send a C&D to them. Does anyone know of this company or know of their address? Quite frankly, I wish there was some kind of action I could take legally. When they call here it gives me a bad anxiety attack. Having someone you dont know argue with you over a phone is something I should not have to deal with! thanks
